We’re excited to launch the Adoption Mentor Program — a people-led initiative designed to help embed AI into daily work and accelerate the impact of Copilot across organizations.

The Adoption Mentor Program is designed to support the effective adoption of Copilot across organizations by empowering a selected group of employees to serve as knowledgeable, approachable internal guides. AI Mentors will help providing guidance to colleagues and facilitating the integration of AI into routine operational activities.

This is an opportunity to develop future-ready skills, gain visibility as an innovator, and contribute to how AI is adopted across the company.

Who should attend:

We’re looking for people who are:

• Curious about AI and new ways of working
• Open to experimenting with tools like Copilot
• Interested in helping colleagues learn and explore
• Comfortable sharing ideas and examples with others

A technical background is not required. Curiosity, professionalism, and a willingness to support others are essential.

What’s Expected From You:

AI Mentors will participate in a short learning journey designed to fulfill an internal ambassador role, including how to run activation moments and support peer enablement.

Over four weeks, you will:

• Join a small number of training and discussion sessions
• Explore Copilot use cases in your daily work
• Share ideas and practical tips with colleagues

The expected time commitment is approximately 2–3 hours per week for four weeks.

How it works:

• Choose your session in the morning or the afternoon
• You will participate in the same session time slot every week over the course of 4 weeks
• Each session runs for ~2 hours
• After each session you will get self-paced training exercises that take ~1 hour

Outcome: Each AI Mentor will receive advanced Copilot use-case training, playbooks to activate colleagues, and guidance and tools and tactics to evangelise and scale adoption internally.
